Whilst we always endear to ensure that your Steff purchases will give you a lifetime of wonderful jewellery memories, in the unlikely event that your Steffans purchase isn’t suitable we want to make it as easy as possible for you to return your item!
How To Return Your Item
Please return your item back to us unworn and with its original packaging within 60 working days for a full refund or for an exchange. Please allow at least 7 working days for your return to be processed. More information can be found on our returns page here.

Simply print the returns form and fill out out accordingly, ensuring the exchange box is ticked and the new item is listed. Should you wish to exchange your item for a more expensive item, we will contact you with regards to paying the difference.
